Shareathon™ is a brand of Hog Wild Fundraising LLC. We want people to talk about Shareathon — here's the short version of how to do it well.

Draft — pending attorney review

1. The name

Write it as Shareathon — one word, capital S, no hyphen. Legacy uses of "Share-a-thon" are fine in historical context but new content should use Shareathon.

2. What you can do

  • Refer to Shareathon by name in articles, podcasts, posts, and press.
  • Link to shareathon.com and to specific Shareathon pages.
  • Say "we use Shareathon to power our fundraiser" — go for it.
  • Use unmodified screenshots of the app to show how it works in a news, education, or how-to context.

3. What you can't do

  • Use the Shareathon name or logo in a way that implies endorsement, partnership, or affiliation that doesn't exist.
  • Modify the Shareathon logo (no recoloring, stretching, recombining, or adding effects).
  • Use the Shareathon name in your own product name, domain, app name, or social handle.
  • Use the Shareathon name or marks for political campaigns or causes that violate our Acceptable Use policy.
  • Suggest that Shareathon endorses a particular organization, candidate, or product.

4. Press kit

Need logos in SVG or PNG, or a one-pager about the product? Email press@shareathon.com and we'll send a kit.

5. Report misuse

If you've seen someone passing themselves off as Shareathon, please write legal@shareathon.com.
